This workshop has been designed for:

This course aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act & Rules, 2013 (“POSH Law”).

This course includes the understanding of:

➡️ Compliance under the POSH Law.
➡️ Composition and role of the Internal Committee.

➡️ Criminal law recourse.
➡️ Roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders.
➡️ Essential skills of facilitation and training. 

The Facilitators of the “Train The Trainer” program with years of industry experience. Their expertise ranges from psychosocial, social work, advocacy and legal fields.

Our facilitators from the legal field come with a nuanced understanding of gender based and Indian workplace laws. Furthermore, our veterans with a psychosocial lens bring an inclusive lens of queer-affirmation and pro-neurodivergence.

Facilitators will cover legal and psycho-social understanding of the POSH Law using activities, videos, case studies, role plays and case laws. Real-life examples, case studies, etc., will be discussed without revealing the identity details of the parties or organization. The participants will also be invited to share their observations, experiences, thoughts or opinions without divulging any confidential information in this facilitator-led discussion.

The POSH Training Certification will:

➡️ Develop the ability to become a POSH Expert by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the POSH Act. (Law on Prevention of Sexual Harassment)

➡️ Develop the ability to conduct training on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.

Once you register, a pre-assessment questionnaire will be shared with you. You will be required to complete this assessment before the program begins.

This certification course will be conducted over two days. To avail the Certificate of Completion, a participant will have to complete the first day of training, the second day of assessments and any other course requirements.
