Our endeavor is that the results of this survey will help us with the nuanced understanding of not only physical forms of sexual harassment but also non-physical forms, identify contexts where transgressions take place and boundaries are crossed. This will enable us in our efforts to strengthen policies and mechanisms addressing sexual harassment at the workplace.
