Educate Employer / Management about provisions of Law & penalties, how & why employers should focus on complying with this law and creating healthy work environment and discussing their role as leaders, creators and custodians of their organization’s code of conduct, values and vision & mission statement.

Employer / Management covers decision makers and individuals who will decide how the law needs to be implemented. The session is about what their duties & compliance requirements are and the penalties in case of non-compliance. It also covers discussion on strategic decisions to deal with challenging scenarios. We recommend this session for individuals such as MDs of your different businesses, CEOs, other directors and any other decision makers including HR heads (CHRO), Legal heads (General Counsel) etc.
