The session is about what their duties & compliance requirements are and the penalties in case of non-compliance. It also covers discussion on strategic decisions to deal with challenging scenarios. We recommend this session for individuals such as MDs of your different businesses, CEOs, other directors and any other decision makers including HR heads (CHRO), Legal heads (General Counsel) etc.
