The Mazgaon Shipping dock corporation had invited POSHequilito conduct a full day session for their employees. This was the second time, we were engaged by them. The participants interacted with us through role plays, activities, case scenarios and were apprised about the aspects of gender, consent, sexual harassment, redressal mechanism in place along with understanding the law and about filing of police complaints and relevant information about the process and practice.
