Annual Report of the IC to be submitted to District Officer
As per Section 21 of the Law, each IC of each separate legal entity must prepare and submit an annual report to the employer and District Officer in their district. The relevant details on behalf of the Organization must be provided in the blank spaces and once that is done, IC members can confirm and okay the report. Please ensure that this is done for each IC that you have PAN India for each separate legal entity.
Please note that while the Law has not provided a template for submission of Annual Report, however, District Women and Child Development Office, Mumbai City has circulated a template.

- the number of complaints disposed of.

Posh Training is Important
For the year’s compliance to take place, training programs for Internal Committee members and awareness programs for employees and managers must be completed before the year ends. Non-compliance attracts a penalty of an amount of Rs. 50,000 on the employer and may also lead to cancellation of license to do business in cases of repeat non-compliance.
