POSHequili was invited by BCCI to speak about practical challenges faced in effectively implementing the Law against sexual harassment at workplace. The other speakers present at the panel discussion were Mr. Bharat Vasani (Chairman, Legal Affairs & IPR Committee and Legal Advisor to the Chairman, Tata Group), Ms. Attreyi Mukherjee (Corporate Counsel, Tata Services) and Ms. Nohid Nooreyezdan (Senior Partner, AZB & Partners). It was a very well organized session, attended by about 60 participants.
