The POSH Act 2013, has been in place for 10 years, and yet there is much to learn and develop skill around. Especially when it comes to the nuances of recent updates and relevant court judgments. As a capacity building exercise and with a mission to update and train Internal Committee (IC) members about their role & responsibilities and the important elements of the compliance under the POSH Act, we are conducting a Certification Workshop on 24th – 25th August 2023 from 2.30 – 5.30 p.m.
This is one of our highly requested webinars by IC members, independent consultants and EMS, HR and leadership teams within organisations, to upskill and keep updated on all things POSH.
For those interested in a formal certification for capacity building, we are offering the assessment component as part of this workshop. This component will also include a follow up conversation closing the loop on extending learning to practice.

- What does sexual harassment definition entail - the obvious and not so obvious aspects
- Understanding the wide ambit and scope of terms like workplace, employees and POSH policies across organisations.

- Complaint vs grievance received- handling and responding.
- Navigating around timelines during inquiries
- Conducting simple and not so simple inquiries
- Redressing complaints through other means like conciliation/police etc.

- Gauging facts and circumstances

Assessments will ensure in-depth learning and giveaways such as certain pertinent draft templates used for inquiries, case laws , would cement the learnings, marked through a certificate at the end of the workshop, provided to participants
